The »haus in spay« on the Moselle | with sauna

The "haus in spay" is a historic half-timbered house, built around 1545 in the Moselle village of Zell-Merl. It is located near the river at the foot of a sun-drenched southern slope on the Moselle, the well-known wine region with unique Riesling cultivation and Mediterranean culture. The monument ensemble with main house, the more recent vacation home and steep garden was extensively restored in 8.5 years of construction and mainly in own work according to ecological and traditional criteria. 


Vacation home "Mosel-Türmchen"

In this house built in 1904/1908, you will stay in a listed archway with direct views of the Moselle and the landmark of the city of Zell, the Pulverturm. In a direct location on the Moselle promenade and the old town, you have the best starting points for hiking, cycling and boat tours or a stroll through the old town. Excursion destinations such as Traben-Trarbach and Cochem are easily accessible by public transport. Numerous restaurants and ostrich farms invite you to linger.

EIFEL QUARTIER year 1846

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

Quaint half-timbered house 200 m from the Moselle bank Pünderich

Historic half-timbered house from 1570. This is our vacation home that we regularly stay in with our family. It is located in the center of Pünderich. Bakers and various restaurants are within walking distance. The house has a large covered terrace (our summer living room) and in the basement there is a wine refrigerator stocked by the winemaker - nothing stands in the way of a cozy wine tasting. The house is fully furnished with everything you need.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. Relax in your little retreat on the Mosel. From this wonderful place in a quiet side street of the mountain village Starkenburg you can start hiking, go wine tasting, simply relax or work remotely. Let the distant view and nature inspire you. The old half-timbered house has been completely ecologically renovated and is simply cosy including a wood stove. Welcome to Camphausen Velo & Wohnen. We have equipped the cottages as we would like them to be for our vacation. A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor sauna, a super comfortable box-spring bed in the master bedroom, single beds in the other bedroom and a nice outdoor area with a grill. We also provide you with two electric bikes to explore our beautiful countryside.

Ideal for families, couples, small groups. Room new and modernly furnished, old house flair. Ceiling height 205 cm, steep staircase between 2nd and 3rd floor with short steps, authentic atmosphere, but not suitable for limited mobility.
