Start your hikes right outside the door. Here, at an altitude of 800 meters, it is cooler than in the valley. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30 min to Basel, France is 45 minutes away, and Freiburg is an hour away. Feldberg is 45 minutes away. The Schweigmatt swimming pool is a club pool. You can purchase 4 visits for 20 euros.

Mettlenhof, also known as Mettlen Farm, is a restored farmhouse in Mettlen, Schopfheim, Baden-Württemberg. Our house is close to Zell im Wiesental 5 km. You'll love our place. Family-run and very quietly located in the small mountain village of Gresgen at 720 m altitude. Friendly and spacious apartment (58 m²) and 8 m² balcony. Apartment with lots of wood and comfortable beds as well as underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. 4-burner stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, fridge. With suitable visibility, you can see the Swiss Alps as well as Alsace. Outdoor space, comfortable bed, kitchen.

The apartment in Gresgen, an idyllic part of Zell im Wiesental, is located at 720 m above sea level and offers distant views of the Alps and the Jura. The place is ideal for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. Zell I. W. is only 5 km away and has a train connection to Basel. The apartment is located in a former barn that has been used as an art gallery since the 1990s. It extends over 3 levels, with spacious, modern living space and a semi-open kitchen.

The Alte Tischlerei is an individual apartment (approx. 70 square meters of living space) for nature lovers, individualists, cooking enthusiasts, dog lovers or... It is equipped with a built-in kitchen, 80 cm induction range, convection oven and steam cooker, fridge/freezer and bathroom with very large shower and separate toilet. The area is open plan, so there is no enclosed bedroom. Outside there is a private garden with seating, barbecue and fencing.

Apartment "Feldberg" in idyllic Black Forest mountain village

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

Waldhauser farm barrel

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!

Welcome to our modern apartment (50 m²) in Zell im Wiesental – ideal for up to 4 guests. Bedroom, eat-in kitchen with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, stable Wi-Fi. Balcony with panoramic views. Parking & video surveillance. Peaceful location, 5 minutes to the train station. The house was built in 2025 by my husband with a lot of love and the highest quality – for guests who want to feel at home.
