We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and immediately gave us a pleasant, homely feeling. The location is also ideal: quiet and relaxing, but at the same time well connected – perfect for day trips and exploring the region. The communication was quick and easy. In summary, an all-round recommended accommodation.

I was a guest of Andreas and his wife for a total of 9 nights. The apartment was optimal for me - the bed was also super comfortable. I only overlooked the fact that there is no TV - but it was not a problem for me :) I 100% recommend this place!

Really cosy place, quiet and peaceful. Quality build, great toilets, windows & blinds, total fit out. Parking was a tad challenging as arrived late on a Saturday and house lots and street parking were all pretty full. Other than that, a great stay.

The interior is very beautifully designed, the space is very spacious, comfortable, and the light is bright, so the view is great. Especially on the outdoor balcony, enjoy the night view and the stars on the bench at night.

Our stay in Manfred and Beate's apartment was wonderful. The apartment is in a great location. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes with green spaces, ice cream parlors and several restaurants. The apartment is quiet, very large, clean and bright. The garden is rustic and cozy. Manfred and Beate were wonderful, personal hosts. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Johannes greeted us personally and showed us everything. The apartment is as described and shown in the photos. It is very generously cut, we had a lot of space. Location is quiet in a residential area. Parking is free right outside the front door. Johannes provided us with good tips on restaurants and public transport connections. We felt very comfortable. The hosts both Caroline and Alexander are very friendly and responsive. Communication was perfect and the check in was very easy. The pictures don’t do the place the justice. It’s so much more beautiful than on the pictures. It’s a wonderful place and very peaceful. The house itself is so well equipped. You can definitely tell that the owners spends a lot time and money to renovate it. The house was super clean. The sauna was a hit, also our children enjoyed it very much. We spend a lot of time playing in the garden and enjoyed a local bier garden. I recommend this house to anyone who values privacy and peaceful space, where you can easily relax surrounded by the forest and enjoy waking up in a exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated house. Will definitely come back.

We booked Sylvia's accommodation for our family reunion, as we traveled from all directions. It was great to reach by train and car. Everyone had a good room and the 4 bathrooms were also very clean. 👍 The S-Bahn is easy to reach in 5 minutes, perfect for excursions to Nuremberg and the surrounding area. We liked it a lot and we are already planning our meeting for next year. 100% recommended by us 👍👍

Beautiful accommodation for many people, especially suitable for family celebrations! We have rarely stayed in such a well-appointed AirBnB. Especially for the children, there were all kinds of play opportunities both indoors and outdoors. The fantastic large garden invites you to linger in the summer or to relax in the evening. It really felt like home. There are pizzerias and ice cream parlors nearby, and also a lot to explore. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, peace, clean, perfect!

We were at the Hexenhäuschen over the Pentecost weekend. The house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. We immediately felt at home. Thanks to the tranquility and beautiful surroundings, we recovered wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

We will be happy to come back. The entire accommodation was VERY clean, the hosts super friendly and the location quiet but still within 10 minutes of the subway.

We had a very nice short break with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the surrounding area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city center of Erlangen can be reached quickly and easily from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short trip). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also well worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood furniture. A nice change is Gustav the gander, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you would like. There is a good restaurant in the village and in the surrounding villages you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

The apartment was just as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for parking can take some time or end in a short walk:) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

We felt very comfortable with Katharina and her family. The apartment was sparkling clean, lovingly furnished and very modern and left nothing to be desired. Our children were allowed to use the family's garden, which made them very happy. Thank you for everything!

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

I can’t say enough positive comments about this Airbnb! First I have never been in one that not only felt clean but was truly clean floor to ceiling and smelled so fresh. The bathrooms had all the amenities and the little things stood out for me like liquid hand soap and a hanging towel to dry your hands different from the towels left to shower. The showers were walk in and so clean and the lint from windows made it lovely! The beds were very comfortable for all of us and they had a fan for every room which added coolness at night. The washer/dryer were pristine with ironing boards and drying racks available. The town is so charming and we loved walking around and then coming back home to our place to relax. Cora helped us also even before we got there by suggesting we keep our rental car to get to our bus on departure day and it would have been so difficult if we hadn’t! She also suggested a place to eat and get supplies when we arrived! Highly recommend and Nuremberg is an easy drive

We spent a lovely few days in Ruth Verb's apartment. The occasion was a visit to Playmobil Park, which is just around the corner. But there are also numerous other ways to have fun as a family: adventure pool in the rain, a beautiful forest playground just around the corner, zoo in Nuremberg ... A rainy day in the apartment can also be endured very well. It is all as indicated in the pictures- large, spacious, nicely decorated, Ruth responds quickly and kindly and even helped us as quickly as possible when we forgot our phone in the apartment on departure. We'll be back!
