Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house there are also 3 canoes / kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Enjoy amazing Aarhus in our charming apartment 🌻🧡 The apartment has a bedroom with a furnished double bed (180x200 cm.), new bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher and cozy south-facing balcony. The apartment is close to a beautiful botanical garden, shopping center Nord and has good bus connections to the whole city. In addition, there is free parking in the area around the apartment. Discover a cozy independent basement room perfect for a relaxing and short stay. This space has a comfortable double bed in a 12m² room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a compact bathroom. Enjoy the lovely garden and terraces for fresh air and sunshine. The private entrance allows for flexible coming and going. While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

I Aarhus finder du både spændende shopping-muligheder og kulturtilbud af enhver art. Lejligheden er 80kvm med et meget smukt lysindfald. Her et lækkert køkken alrum, bad, soveværelse og altan med udsigt over havn og hav. Det fantastisk at åbne ud til altanen og nyde den friske havluft samt nyde et glas vin til udsigten.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus connections and grocery stores. Nice location both if you want to explore the center of the city and if you want to explore other places around Aarhus, as there is easy access to the ring road (O2) and further out the motorway. Here you live in the countryside and yet close to everything. Ideal as a starting point for cycling and walks in nature, a trip to the beach or to visit Aarhus, Horsens or Skanderborg. Only 4 minutes from Hovedgård by car, where there are grocery stores, take aways and a pharmacy. The apartment is also very suitable for a good night's sleep after a course or temporary work nearby.
