The farm is planted with fruit trees and vineyards. You can only hear the noise of birds singing. The house has everything you need inside and an outside area for sunbathing or barbecuing. There is private parking inside and it is accessed via a steep path. Very quiet area The property has two buildings joined by a garden. The first building is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with a barbecue. The other building is a comfortable house with a bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small office very well equipped with a microwave, vitro, sink, dishes and everything you need, etc. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. We advise and help with anything you need. 500 meters above sea level, the neighborhood of La Florida is a beautiful rural area, the starting point of numerous trails in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, famous for its thousand-year-old Drago. Worth visiting, its historic center is of cultural interest. A car is required to get around. There is a bus service, but it runs 4 times a day. Icod is known as The City of the Dragon, for hosting the famous Millennial Dragon of Icod de los Vinos, one of the most emblematic symbols of the island of Tenerife. The city's old town has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest due to its historical importance and also houses a commercial area, complementary to those existing in the Isla Baja. Located in the western part of the island in a delightful valley that begins from the seashore and rises to the skirt of Teide itself; the N winds and ascent, (...) reign in it more frequently. Casa Simona is an elegantly restored, over a hundred years old, detached country house. From its three exclusive terraces you can enjoy fantastic ocean and mountain views. A true colonial oasis dotted with aquamarine. This house is within a gated plot of over 20,000 square meters with three other vacation rental houses, the closest one is thirty meters away. It has a swimming pool and laundry room shared with the property's other three houses. This stone house with spectacular views is over a hundred years old but has been converted into a modern and functional apartment that is totally independent, within a closed plot of over 20,000 meters where you can walk. On the plot there are three other independent vacation rental houses that only share the pool and laundry, the nearest house is thirty meters away so you will enjoy total privacy.

Hiking&outdoor activities at Parque Rural de Teno

Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

FINCA BENGTSON: Family plantation of avocados/bananas on a protected area. Shared Heated Pool (25ºC) with only another unit, 972 m2 garden, terrace & pool area. Parking 167 m2. Beautiful VV, rustic one-bedroom house, with spectacular ocean and mountain views. Located in the Tigaiga Natural Park, it is a very quiet place to disconnect, well located to get to know the north of Tenerife. Next to the 0.4.0 route, Socorro beach to Pico del Teide. The farm has fruit trees and organic vegetables. On the La Espiral estate, there are two more houses, VV Sofia and VV Drago, with all the amenities such as parking, wifi, smart TV, Netflix, etc.
