There is private parking inside and it is accessed via a steep path. Very quiet area The property has two buildings joined by a garden. The first building is a large kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with a barbecue. The other building is a comfortable house with a bedroom, with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small office very well equipped with a microwave, vitro, sink, dishes and everything you need, etc. The property is about 1000 square meters and is at the complete disposal of the guest. Guests can contact us 24 hours a day. Worth visiting, its historic center is of cultural interest. A car is required to get around. There is a bus service, but it runs 4 times a day. Icod is known as The City of the Dragon, for hosting the famous Millennial Dragon of Icod de los Vinos, one of the most emblematic symbols of the island of Tenerife. The city's old town has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest due to its historical importance and also houses a commercial area, complementary to those existing in the Isla Baja. We were very doubtful about where to establish our residence, if by the Atlantic swells or rather by the coniferous forest on the skirts of Teide. Being fanatics of nature and sports, no matter if it's trekking, cycling, paragliding, golf or windsurfing we decided we would rather stick to the middle road, and in our search we bumped into San Miguel, a charming small town, away from the hustle and off the beaten track, still all amenities a short walk away. We surely found the perfect balance.
