It is an estate surrounded by nature, 4 kilometers from the south airport. It is absolutely essential to have your own means of transport. The nearest bus stop is Casablanca about 1.8 km away. possibility of renting a car we are on the hill, away from the chaos and hustle and bustle of life. Just 2 km away is Las Chafiras, with several supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and the Bingo. The nearest beach is that of Médano and Los Abrigos which are about 6 km away.

Penthouse with sea view, duplex type, located in the downtown area next to the Mar Tianez Shopping Center, 200 meters from the beach and Lagos Martianez. All services are very close, 2 minutes walk where we will find, Pharmacies, Parking, Restaurants, Burger King, Mercadona supermarket. The entrance door is on Calzada de Martianez, below the Hotel El Tope. The terrace of the penthouse is private and the apartment is accessed with a staircase of 16 steps.
