The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price.
