The property was gently renovated at the end of 2019 and offers a fully equipped kitchen, which will also satisfy higher demands. The chalet "Villa Chalchsaati" is located in the Kandertal on a plateau 1000mas, directly opposite the Niesen, so called largest natural pyramid in Europe. The property is bordered by a romantic stream and includes a forest to promote biodiversity. The sparsely populated agricultural area is a 15-minute drive from the Spiez motorway exit and is therefore located in the center of the famous places of the Bernese Oberland.

Our house is very quiet, below the main road and is accessible by a staircase. "Studio Lerche" The studio is about 45 m² and has a living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with table and chairs and wonderful views of the mountains and Lake Thun! A private, free parking space is available for our guests, about 150 meters from the stairs.
