We had a great stay at Marion's, who spoiled us! The place is beautiful, 5 minutes walk from the Chabotterie, in a natural setting. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, and above all equipped with all the necessary accessories (toothbrushes, coffee, towels, shampoo and soap etc. Better than in many hotels) Marion is absolutely adorable, in short, we will come back with great pleasure.

I stayed in Gaelle's apartment for two days visiting La Roche-sur-Yon. The city center is 5/10 minutes' walk. A nice advantage of having a private parking, my car did not move. The good weather was part of it, which only made my weekend a little more beautiful. Would definitely stay there again!

A few days in La Roche-sur-Yon in this apartment ideally located near the city center is a very nice experience. Parking is nearby, allowing for easy round trips. I recommend this accommodation, Caroline is very responsive as soon as you have questions and has good recommendations when you don't know the area.

A very quick stay with very wide professional hours that made me not very much present in the studio. That said, the studio was as described and very well provided. Very clean too and rather quiet because a porch and inner courtyard separate the adjoining street. However, there are plenty of places to stay and passage but I was not bothered while I was asleep. The owners came to greet me and I thank them.

The location is perfect, especially for avid beach goers! The town is also incredibly walkable from the location. The apartment was spacious and very welcoming!

The apartment is very well located, the city center is a 10-minute walk away, you have a bakery nearby with a pharmacy and a Carrefour 5 minutes' walk away. All the roads to the tourist points are very accessible. It should just be noted that you need to have a small car to park in the parking space, otherwise, it is easy to park in adjacent streets. The apartment was very functional and clean. We would recommend this listing. In addition, Catherine was very friendly and responded quickly to the questions asked! And what's more, you can bring your pet! In short, great!

The apartment is super located, it is only 100m to the beach. The dunes start right next to the house and it is nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up directly on site and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and no direct shopping facilities, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Chloë was a friendly and responsive host! parking was easy, location was perfect! restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and groceries are a few minutes walk away... the apartment itself is very peaceful, very nice, lovely natural lighting during the summer.. looking forward to come back, should we ever visit the area!
