Tijdens je verblijf kun je hier genieten van de enorme rust en privacy, de ruime tuin en een privé-zwembad(50m2). Een supermarkt, horeca en bushalte ligt op 400m loopafstand en het strand van La Marina op 5,5 km afstand.

The decoration is of a cottage, original furniture of the house but very comfortable, it is 9 kilometers from Alicante city ,wing of the green bike path 3 kilometers from the university and San Vicente near the mountain and beaches with public transport to San Vicente del raspeig and Alicante has a pharmacy pharmacy shop restaurants and equestrian. Newly constructed guest house at the rear of the property. Two friendly dogs and one cat in the main house area.
