We had a fantastic 4-day stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious, and in a perfect location. The host was communicative and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to others, and I’d love to stay again in the future. Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Yuriys communication was really good and always responsive to any question. The apartment was easy to get to and was in an amazing location, less than 15 minutes walk to anything we wanted to do, quick access to several grocery stores, and lots of choice of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. There was also an amazing cafe 40 metres from the apartment that had great pastries for breakfast. The apartment itself was super comfy, really clean and matched all the photos and descriptions provided. Would definitely recommend or return if ever visiting Alicante

The apartment, as I say, is even more beautiful than in the photos, super cozy, it has a lot of light, the furniture is impeccable, and everything is perfect. We will definitely return. Apart from that, it is close to everything, the beach, restaurants

Where do I start - this Airbnb has to be one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at ! It looked exactly like the pictures, was so clean and spacious ! Pedro arranged balloons, cake and a bottle of cava for our arrival. We will definitely be returning again !

The apartment is newly renovated and is very comfortable and practical.

Very nice house, comfortable, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. The common areas are very spacious, bright and with a beautiful view of the terrace, the pool and the sea. The garden is well maintained, with beautiful Mediterranean plants and shrubs. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was especially suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and wash, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a China shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

In general, we had a good time in this apartment. It matches the description. Very close to the beach. It is clean, tidy and has a lot of things for a comfortable stay. It was a little uncomfortable that there was no hot water in one bathroom and cold water was flowing all the time, even after we asked to change the gas cylinder. And you also need to take into account the presence of Spanish small ants, but they could be fought with a special spray that the owners left us. And unfortunately, poor soundproofing - despite the fact that the apartment is on the 5th floor - you hear absolutely everything that happens there in the evening and at night. But if you love to walk until late and party, then this is definitely the perfect place to relax and location! Irene is a very polite and attentive hostess. And everything we asked for was taken into account. Thanks for the vacation!

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Great view

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Beautiful modern apartment with all mod cons. Remote controlled blinds, light and shutters. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and crockery required for cooking indoors. lovely views from balcony. absolutely no complains. would recommend wholeheartedly.
