Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Alacantí

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Wat een schitterende locatie. We waren onze computer vergeten en Andrés regelde het. Super vriendelijk. In het appartement was alles niet super groot maar aanwezig . Het allermooiste was wel het zwembad met het uitzicht. We voelde ons er thuis. Heerlijke tijd gehad en komen hier absoluut terug. Dankjewel voor alles je bent een top gastheer!

Mycket trevligt boende nära stranden, restauranger och kollektivtrafik som hade allt vi behövde. Bra kök för den som vill laga mat och tvättmaskin om behovet dyker upp. Sköna sängar och trevlig balkong med havsutsikt. AC är också mycket värt. Önskvärt till en familj på fyra som stannar en hel vecka hade varit lite mer toapapper, soppåsar och diskmaskinstabletter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Desislava. Son Airbnb est vraiment complet, il ne manque absolument rien, tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente comme chez soi. L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche de tout : plage, restaurants, commerces… Nous n’avons même pas eu besoin de voiture pour profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Alicante. Le logement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, et en plus de ça, Desislava est une hôte adorable, très gentille et compréhensive. C’est vraiment agréable d’avoir affaire à quelqu’un d’aussi humain et disponible. D’habitude, nous réservons des hôtels pour nos vacances, mais là on s’est sentis encore mieux que dans un hôtel : l’intimité, le confort, la localisation… tout était parfait. N’hésitez pas une seule seconde à réserver chez elle, et pour notre part, si nous revenons à Alicante, ce sera sans hésitation chez Desislava !

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Très belle maison, confortable, bien aménagée et très agréable à vivre. Les pièces communes sont très spacieuses, lumineuses et avec une belle vue sur la terrasse, la piscine et la mer. Le jardin est bien entretenu, avec de magnifiques plantes et arbustes méditéranéens. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Vi likte dette huset godt. Det lå bra til inne i urbanisasjonen med fellesområder (fint utformede bassengområder, lekeplass etc.) rett over gaten samt parkering rett utenfor. Kort gangavstand til liten matbutikk og baker/kafe rett utenfor porten til urbanisasjonen. For oss med to små barn passet det spesielt bra med det private inngjerdede uteområdet. Andre nødvendigheter for barna som var der var to gode høystoler med bord og to barnesenger med bra bunn og madrasser. For barna savnet vi stellebord og krakk(er) for å komme opp til toalett og vask, men dette kjøpte vi billig på hhv. det lokale markedet og i kinabutikk. Ellers et bra utstyrt kjøkken og fin spiseplass ute. Ellers likte vi spesielt at det virket godt rengjort overalt i huset og også det vi opplevde som et fokus på renhold hos vertene. Både Hakan og Yesim var meget hyggelige og lette å kommunisere med. Vi hadde mest kontakt med Yesim som svarte raskt på de få spørsmålene vi hadde. Personlig oppfølging innsjekk/utsjekk.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Spanisch, etwas oldschool eingerichtet. Aber toller Blick und tolle Lage in der Altstadt. Alles wunderbar.

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

Jestem zachwycona pobytem u Rosa Maria! Mieszkanie jest absolutnie fantastyczne. Spełniło wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Czyste, bezpieczne, wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne do wakacyjnego pobytu dla kilku osób. Uwielbiałyśmy poranną kawę na tarasie:-). Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra: pod domem przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy. W kilka minut jesteś na plaży albo w centrum miasta. W odległości krótkiego spaceru są sklepy spożywcze, apteka i restauracja. Do tego Rosa Maria - najlepszy gospodarz, jakiego można sobie wymarzyć!! Opiekowała się nami przez cały pobyt i była bardzo życzliwa i serdeczna. Wrócimy do niej na pewno. Mam nadzieję, że niedługo!

A lovely stay in a very well kept modern apartment. Perfect for a family of 2 adults 1 young child. Safe, quiet apartment block with nice kitchen and balcony with pool use from a neighbouring apartment. There are 2 x lifts available for access to the apartment. Apartment has good air conditioning system and heating if needed in cooler months. Bathroom in great condition with a very good shower, complete with towels and toiletries. We were met at the entrance to gain access and everything was well explained on arrival. For young kids there is a small play area sheltered on the ground floor. Would highly recommend to others and would like to thank the hosts for a very enjoyable break and their warm hospitality.

В целом, мы хорошо провели время в этой квартире. Она соответствует описанию. Очень близко к пляжу. В ней чисто, аккуратно и есть много чего для комфортного пребывания. Немного доставляло дискомфорт то что в одной ванной комнате не было горячей воды и все время текла холодная, даже после того как мы попросили сменить газовый баллон. И так же надо учитывать наличие испанских мелких муравьев, но с ними можно было бороться специальным спреем, который нам оставили хозяева. И к сожалению, плохая шумоизоляция - не смотря на то что квартира находится на 5 этаже - ты слышишь абсолютно все что там происходит вечером и ночью. Но если вы любите гулять до поздна и вечеринки, то это однозначно идеальное место для отдыха и расположение! Ирене очень вежливая и внимательная хозяйка. И все что мы просили было учтено. Спасибо за отдых!

Aunque tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para entrar al apartamento porque nos dejaron las llaves equivocadas, Marina fue una muy buena anfitriona y nos trató súper bien. Nos dio muchas recomendaciones sobre Santa Pola (restaurantes, alquiler de barco) y estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y disfrutando. El apartamento en sí es lindo y tal cual las fotos, con una gran vista al mar. Lo recomendamos.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.

El apartamento esta en muy buenas condiciones, nos costaba salir de allí con lo cómodos que estábamos, con una terraza mirando al mar. Todo muy limpio, probablemente el apartamento con mejores baños (aparte de que tiene 3) de los que he estado. La zona es tranquila, si quieres salir de tardeo o noche tienes que andar unos 30 minutos o coger el tram a alicante, pero merece la pena.

Vi har hatt 6 flotte dager. Paula tok vare på oss på alle måter og superhyggelig og vennlig. Gode forslag til spisesteder og severdigheter. Tusen takk for oss. Anbefales på alle måter 👍😀
