It is 20 meters away from the Military Branch; you will be able to experience the coolness of our historical Greek house on the lower floor due to the stone feature of our historical Greek house, which is 20 meters away from the Military Branch and where 6 people can stay with their loved ones at the same time, bathroom-toilet, patio, washing machine, mini fridge, television, tea, coffee and toaster and a sufficient amount of kitchen tools and utensils, and on the upper floor, you will be able to experience the coolness of our historical Greek house due to the stone feature of our historical Greek house.

You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. It is in a very central location and very close to all kinds of places you want to go. The island of Cunda is 10 minutes away and the devil's dinner is 15 minutes away. Also, the symbol of Ayvalig is conveniently walking distance to the coastline on its narrow alleyways. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are 2 double beds. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen-living room. 5 pearl maximum people can stay comfortably on the pull-out sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊ENJOY YOUR VACATION 😊

Second row view to the sea. 1 min to the beach

You can enjoy the peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a large and comfortable holiday with a balcony and terrace of about 150 square meters, three kilometers from the center of Ayvalik, there is no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.
