Our home is a very comfortable house located in a residential complex in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and cozy space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. Our house is located in the historical settlement area of Ayvalık and in the Macaron region, one of the most active spots. Sahil Street, Barbaros Street, 13 Nisan Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and taverns and historical places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.

The apartment has its own entrance. We will be happy to host you on the lower floor of our villa, the upper floor of which belongs to us.
