first of all, Ms. Didem pays attention to everything in fine detail as if she is hosting you in her home, not like a customer. After settling in the house, she asked if we had a request. First of all, the house is very good and very clean. There is everything that should be equipped in a house. In terms of location, it is within walking distance to the beach , grocery stores, and bakeries in the garlic area. For Ayvalık and Cunda, you can go by public transportation from the garlic bus station within an average of 15 minutes walking distance. It was a very nice experience. I would definitely prefer it again for the next holiday plan.

We would have had a nice holiday as a family. All the needs in the house were considered. Everything was clean. The host, Ms. Ayşegül, is a caring and helpful person. It was an experience I could consider staying again for this area and would recommend to anyone.

They put products for us to use in the kitchen and bathroom (salt, spices, detergent) We were able to park our car in front of the house. The house is a 10 minute walk from the beach. It is in a quiet and peaceful complex as promised. Close to the beach is very good for families with children. The items are a little old, but the location and the feeling of being in your own home tolerates many shortcomings.

Ms. Meltem and Mr. Fuat helped us a lot in every matter from the beginning of the process. Everything in the house was as promised in the ad and complete. We encountered a clean and spacious house. Since the location is very central, it provided us with great comfort in every sense. Cunda is a place that can be preferred with peace of mind during the trip.

Staying in this home was truly a wonderful experience! The house was even more beautiful than the photos and absolutely clean; every corner was carefully prepared. Even the smallest details were thought out, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The decoration was tasteful, the furniture was of good quality and useful. We stayed with two families in this amazing house and enjoyed a lot! Perfect location just 10min far away from ferry and has private access to beach, perfectly design and furnished home that you can find everything that you need! Definitely will visit again! We had the most amazing stay. The house and the surroundings are absolutely stunning. The hospitality and food that was prepared was exceptional. Can’t wait to come back to this place.

Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. It was thought and put up to the spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

Our hosts Evrim and Dila was always responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The house was perfect: wonderful view of sea and mountains, quiet and peaceful, within nature. House is big enough for 3 families, with lots of space. The village is so nice to walk. The beach is also cool, very friendly service, great food and a cold but crystal clear sea. We’ve even saw the dolphins. Internet is a bit slow, but mobile coverage is good enough, and you rally should avoid internet :) Interiors are lovely and tasty. Great big kitchen to cook. We didn’t need to eat outside. Just go to bazaar in Ayvqcık or Kucukkuyu, buy some fresh and juicy fruit, vegetables, even meat, and cook foryourself. In summary, we really loved the house, surrounding environment, and our hosts. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a quiet, romantic and natural getaway.

Mr. Ismail's communication was very good. The little surprises he made for the children and the local products he presented were very fun and enjoyable. The location is really nice, it's a great place if you are planning a quiet and uncrowded holiday. Especially the walks you will take towards the village offer a different panorama of Edremit bay. Especially in hot weather, a refreshing breeze relaxes you at any time of the day compared to the low and non-windy coastal area. Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

The villa is amazing! The rooms are confortable and cozy, the terrace with a view of the sea very relaxing. The city centre is accessible by car but the villa was so nice that we could have stayed home all weekend in the swimming pool! We especially enjoyed the barbecue by the pool and garden. Everything was taken care of by the host, even little attentions for the children. We definately recommend this place if you are travelling to Mytilini!
