The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport.
