Very simple comfort apartment correct but be careful a mezzanine bedroom with no ceiling height

Colomba is an excellent host! He was always attentive and responded to every request immediately. We were allowed to enter before check-in and leave a little after check-out and we are infinitely grateful. The apartment is even better than described, it is nice, quiet, clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a beautiful garden that makes you feel like you have a little piece of paradise at your disposal. 100% recommended and we will certainly consider it in the future. Thanks Colomba and team!!! This house is an absolute gem! A beautiful, stunningly presented home, with an incredible amount of space and character and a gorgeous well kept garden. Every room is welcoming and makes you feel instantly comfortable, and the fast wifi and proliferation of televisions - including one in the garden! - is wonderful. The hosts are very thoughtful and responsive and this truly feels like an oasis in Mexico City. The property isn't far from the upscale Perisur Mall and many great shops and restaurants. The nighttime lighting is so atmospheric you almost feel like you're in a castle. The security access to the estate is hugely reassuring and the hosts ensure you feel comfortable from the second you arrive. I can't recommend this AirBNB highly enough and have already booked to stay again!

Rodrigo and Mateo's alojamiento is one of the most delightful Airbnbs we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many). The gardens were stunning, the cottage charming, the host's thoughtfulness and attention to detail exceptional...the space was filled with beautiful art. We loved waking up to birds singing in the trees overhead and hearing them in the evenings, the owners were kind and thoughtful, the neighborhood is a delightful space to walk the cobbled streets with many great restaurants and experiences walkable nearby. In summary, they provided us an exceptional and magical place for us to stay for a week. We are grateful. 🙏🏼

Jaz was very attentive to my arrival. I was looking for a place near the ENAC-UNAM and this option was great, I could get there by walking to the school in 10 min and the taxi rates were very accessible, it is also very close to the metro station, the area is safe and there is a lot of transit of people who also go towards the university, in front of the accommodation there is a very stocked shop. My room was very comfortable and in general the facilities were very clean, the house is very cool and quiet.

The accommodation and staff were excellent. Everyone is efficient and friendly. The location is excellent if you go to UNAM. There are places to eat nearby. In addition, the accommodation is safe and the apartment is beautiful.

Peaceful and safe area. Beautiful and large room, pleasant bed. Laura is also very sweet. However, you share the bathroom with another person/room. It says in the more detailed description anyway, but at first glance in the advertisement, it seems like you have a private bathroom. Unfortunately, the other person did not take the cleanliness in the bathroom so seriously. But Laura can't do anything about it

A great location near UNAM and the stadium. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 24 hour security/Concierge at door. Large apartment although second bed is a single. This is an urban location, bring ear plugs for sleep which I always carry and you will enjoy. Nice kitchen and bathroom.

Very highly recommended! It is an excellent location right next to the metro with an Oxxo across the street, so super convenient. We also really appreciated having the added security of a front desk. The apartment itself is unbelievably spacious and the rooftop is such a nice bonus. It was roomy for two people but would be best for a family or a group of 4 people since there are two bedrooms and two baths. We also really loved the beautiful decorations showcasing the art and artisan work from around Mexico.

It is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting, and the space is comfortable, clean and perfect for accommodating three people or even four. In addition, the location is very convenient, since there are shops and services nearby. I especially note the attention of the host, who was very kind and was attentive to us at all times. Diego is a good host, the stay was welcoming and he was aware of any situation; at all times he was in touch and attentive to the details that emerged, there was only a small detail and Diego was accessible to the solution. This accommodation is already in my top of the cleanest, taking care of every detail and also fully equipped for long stays. The people who manage it, such as Mrs. Carmen and the young man who greeted us, were very kind. They even helped us to carry the suitcases and cargo that we brought for work. The common coffee area is a hug, we feel at home. You sleep very well, the bed and pillows are super comfortable and there is no noise at night. Always hot water, the bathroom is super comfortable, clean and in perfect condition. The fact that the space is inside and shared with the beer warehouse can be a bit noisy during the day, however, all the people are very nice and you feel very safe, which is excellent. I also recommend it for the location: the market in front and the Walmart a few steps away is perfect for buying what you need and cooking. Very close to Metrobus and main roads. We'll definitely be staying again!
