The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

The stay was great. We had previously received all the important information about the accommodation, so the check-in worked easily. The house offers everything you need. It was very clean. The area is quiet and you can also use the great garden. We highly recommend the place!

The 1a holiday home is quietly located in Sophiental next to a stream. We booked the accommodation with Anika & Felix as a family of 6 + children and were thrilled from the start. The accommodation is well equipped and actually leaves nothing to be desired - The kitchen has incl. Spices and oils are all there for cooking, and there is a grill in the garden. Coals + lighters were also provided. For the long evenings in the huge garden, there is still a fire bowl and wood ready to make bread and marshmallows. A highlight is the lighting at night - it is incredibly cozy to spend long summer nights here in a deck chair. I highly recommend the accommodation - especially you notice that Anika & Felix do everything to make sure you have a wonderful time.

We have rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The property is exceptional with the cozy wood, high ceiling and large glass front. Everything was tip top clean, well maintained and with great details (water bubbly from the line). The large garden was totally beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

The house exactly matches Rebekka's description and it really has a very charming character for us in which we felt very comfortable. We have never experienced the amenities, especially in the kitchen, in any other accommodation. As written in the advertisement, the accommodation is very nice, you wake up in the morning with wonderful birdsong and can leave directly from the house, in different directions for hiking or cycling. we stayed together with our dog 8 nights in this lovely detached house with a lot of privacy. There was a delicious cold drink and the host was present. Beautiful surroundings for hiking and cycling but also the city of Regenburg and Kelheim are recommended. in Hemau itself there are surprisingly many restaurants. But if you prefer to eat in the house, there are several supermarkets. In the house, all kinds of tourist information is available. Morton recommended.

A Home Away from Home – 10 Stars If We Could! Our stay at Mrs. Heidi and Mr. Herbert’s home in Nuremberg this January was beyond exceptional. As first-time exhibitors at the trade fair, we were new to the city, but their warmth, kindness, and incredible hospitality made all the difference. The home itself was impeccably maintained, and to our surprise, the kitchen was fully stocked —making us feel even more at home. they personally ensured that our entire floor was cleaned daily with the utmost care. Such dedication and generosity are truly rare! Me and my two sons are deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and the genuine care they extended to us. Their home exudes warmth, comfort, an experience we will cherish forever. We cannot thank them enough for support. If we could, we would give them 10 stars! Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

All good. Rooms are all individually lockable, so be careful not to lock yourself out at night (code was directly above the lock, so not bad). And you should be aware that the pool and garden are of course also used by the residents. Nevertheless, it was very nice that you could use it as a guest.

We loved the cottage, we will definitely come back. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the surroundings nice and quiet. We immediately felt at home. The communication with Gisela has always been very friendly and excellent. From us five stars..

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need. The pool and cozy outdoor area are the highlight. Thomas was always easy to reach and had helpful tips for us! We will be happy to come back. (:

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

Can’t recommend Stephanie’s home highly enough. Beautiful location right in the middle of Weiden, easy access to everything you could need. Stephanie was a great host, great communication, flexible and a true pleasure to deal with.

In this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation, you can immediately feel at home. After numerous excursions on foot, by e-bike or by car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. An attention to welcome was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the friendly Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a peaceful afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. Thank you for the hospitality to Carola and Hans!

We spent the Pentecost holidays as a family with our 1-year-old daughter and a couple of friends at Stefan and Nici's. Lovingly furnished apartment with an eye for detail. It was all very clean and very well equipped. There was even a play corner, baby dishes, a changing table and a cot. Nici greeted us kindly. There was a welcome drink in the fridge and there was fruit with it. We also received helpful tips for activities and restaurants in the area. Despite the constant rain, we felt very full and can highly recommend the stay!

Great accommodation, friendly hosts, everything you need available (from hair dryer to coffee). Really great!

AWP is a great place to stay and really close to the base. The host was nice. If you are planning on staying in during the day there is a little noise to the car wash but nothing crazy!

Anna-Lena apparently is paid to list the Airbnb, but she does not manage the rental, and so you cannot message through Airbnb with the host. Anna-Lena instructs you that (in violation of Airbnb policy), you must message off-app with the actual owners. The owners were lovely. Anna-Lena is just earning a commission while she forces you off-app.

Everything was as expected. Very idyllic and quiet. We had everything we needed to rest and cook delicious food. A highlight in the hot temperatures was the "earth refrigerator" for a cold beer ;) Or the horses in the paddock with sunset in the background. In the evening, you could also listen to frogs in a small pond nearby. Communication was totally uncomplicated and always went very quickly. Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice, the house is very clean. It was very peaceful. Benjamin thought of every detail. Thank you very much
