The next major cities are Amberg (15 km) and Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11 km). There you will find several large shopping opportunities.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former schoolhouse dating from 1888. The apartment is ideally located between Franconian Switzerland (a popular climbing and hiking area), Erlangen (university, Siemens) and Nuremberg (trade fair, Christmas market). It owes its special charm to the many architectural elements (e.g. Franconian floorboards). The garden invites you for breakfast, barbecue and relaxation, the direct surroundings for extensive hikes and bike tours.

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes, the city center 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes away by car. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

The property is located on the first floor in a former farmhouse with free parking in front of the house. Garage parking, as well as charging facilities for electric cars are possible on request. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

The apartment is located in a former Franconian farm, the Engelschanze, on the edge of the forest in the most beautiful area of Franconian Switzerland. In the Engelschanze there are 2 separate apartments, which can also be booked as a unit for 8-10 people. The large garden can be used by all guests. It stretches over the adjacent forest, where there is also a hammock for general use. Each apartment has its own terrace with a view.

All shops and plenty of good pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. You will not be able to cook large menus here, but otherwise you will not miss anything.My greatest wish is that you will feel comfortable here for a long time and enjoy the time in Amberg.

Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!

Die ELW liegt im Souterrain, aber mit großen Tageslichtfenstern und mit Blick auf unsere schönen Blumenbeete.
