But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it has drafts, that the window is stuck and here and there the plaster is crumbling, you should definitely read on and visit the "Haus am Hügel".

By S-Bahn train, you can explore Munich. The steamboat dock is also around the corner. Sightseeing tours are possible several times a day or you can visit the surrounding places. Leisure park Skyline Park, Legoland Günzburg, Therme Erding, Hofbräuhaus, Zugspitze and many other attractions

The city of Munich is only 35 km away. Our cozy Haisl offers a large garden to linger and play. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
