The beautiful waterfront promenade is one of the longest in Germany. The state capital of Munich can also be reached by S-Bahn in just 45 minutes.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Welcome to Andechs. Enjoy the peace and quiet and treat yourself to a break. Get active around the nearby lakes (5-15 minutes away by car) or visit the baroque Andechs Monastery with its own brewery. Our modern 1-room apartment has its own entrance and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 2 hotplates and Bialetti for fresh coffee. If the weather permits, you can relax on your own terrace.

The stylish and modern basement apartment (about 40 square meters, built in 2021) offers everything for a relaxing stay in the immediate vicinity of Lake Wörthsee.
