Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angouleme and Cognac, on the path of the bike path "La Flow vélo", in the immediate vicinity of the pretty beach of Le Bain des Dames. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a true oasis for biodiversity!

Le Chais is our lovingly restored distillery, an independent house for guests in the grounds of our property. We have brought what was an unused wreck up to its current state, offering really spacious, elegant accommodation in a truly idyllic setting. Surrounded by vines, in the heart of the Grand Champagne region of Cognac, we can guarantee you a quiet, restful escape. We are permanently resident in the main house so are able to give you as much or little interaction as you wish.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic chabourne, entirely renovated, offers a panoramic view of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and taverns... In summer, our village is a paradise! A true cocoon, the wood stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. 90 m² accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people. Adjoining our house, the exteriors are common. Renovated & walled located in the center of St Même Les Carrières, a charming little village in the heart of the Cognac vineyards. You can discover the banks of Charente during a canoe, bike or electric scooter ride by taking the flow bike, a bike path that is 5 minutes from the accommodation. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rental.

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. From June to September, free access to the terrace and heated pool as well as a private outdoor dining/shaded relaxation area. Up to 6 guests.
