We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Small accommodation of 32m2, at the gates of Angouleme where your privacy will be preserved. Located in a quiet environment, annex to our main house, not overlooked, in a cul-de-sac with forest, you can park for free in front of the accommodation without any worries. You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 minutes from the city center (by car) or 5 minutes by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).
