Located just a 7-minute walk to downtown and the train station, enjoy an ideal location for your adventures. During your stay, all areas of the house are accessible, except the cellar and the dressing room on the landing between the 1st and 2nd floors.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.
