Cozy apartment in central Åre

Welcome to our centrally located apartment in Åre of 43 sqm. Here you have fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher, two separate bedrooms of which one in the loft with double bed, and one with two separate beds. You are walking distance to the ski slopes, and live at the same time in the middle of the village with proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The train station is right across the street and the house is reached from there in less than 5 minutes. Departure cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not included, in line with Swedish standards, see below.

Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed in sleeping loft. The price includes bedlinen and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT LEAST 25 years (or in parent's party) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness factor that really gives you that cottage feeling you want when you go to the mountains. In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot.
