Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Newly built cottage of 30 sqm with bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen and cozy sleeping loft. 15 min to cross country skiing or hiking, 5 min to swimming and fishing in Indalsälven and 11 min to alpine skiing or downhill cycling in Åre. St Olavsleden passes outside the cabin. The cottage is located on the villa plot overlooking the mountain Välliste. Good connections by bus and train to Åre which is 12km away. The cottage is 400 meters from Undersåkers train station (where there is an electric car charger) and 150 meters from the bus stop.

When you need to get back to the roots and live close to nature! Moose and reindeer do not care about land boundaries and may well greet! In Brunkulla II you live both primitive and comfortable - water you pick up in the creek, hot water you get by heating on the stove - yourself you get hot from carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really hot, take a wood-fired sauna with portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! Close to the mountain massif!
