Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Stay with hotel standard in the forest but without electricity. Cook over an open fire and enjoy the starry sky through large glass sections in a comfortable double bed. A forest experience beyond the ordinary in the middle of Halland with proximity to both sea and lake. Apart from a few things, it is completely secluded in a small forest grove. From the sauna, there are beautiful views of the neighborhood. Breakfast with local ingredients is picked up downstairs in the yard. Relax in a newly built villa in the countryside! The house is located on a hillside in a south-facing location and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There is a small spa bath, balcony, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, TV and free electric car charging The house has a separate toilet, a tiled bathroom, open kitchen/living room as a lovely social area with lovely fireplace and laundry room. No parties, kick-offs or work/conferences allowed.

Welcome to our cottage with proximity to both sea and forest. Here you can settle down with a book in front of the fireplace or just rest your eyes on the sea and the meadow in front of the house. The proximity to the sea, and the silence and tranquility is the best part about our house. We built the house with the help of family and friends during the winter and spring of 2022-2023. Most of the wooden furniture is from oaks from our own plot. We have built a house that we ourselves want to live in, so we hope you will enjoy it!

The house was freshly renovated in 2021 and is suitable for smaller groups who want simple days in a beautiful environment. The cottage is located between Borås, Gothenburg and Varberg, all of which can be reached in less than an hour by car. Two lakes are within walking distance. Sandsjön has a dock and sandy beach. Öjasjön has a simpler swimming area but is calm and beautiful. There are plenty of trails for those who want to walk or run.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).
