Welcome to your relaxing getaway in Olpe-Sondern, just steps away from the beautiful Biggesee. The cozy, approx. 75 m² apartment can accommodate up to four guests with a bedroom, bathroom, living area with smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, a safe, parking and self check-in ensure convenience. Hiking and cycling trails as well as the lake, boat dock and ice cream parlor can be reached in about five minutes. Here you can arrive, switch off and enjoy nature.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful space. The 100 m² apartment is located on the upper floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen. You can park right in front of the house. There is a key box at the entrance with front door key and the code of box will be sent shortly before check-in. The property is 10 min by car from the city center. The Bigge Dam is a 15-minute walk. Thus, the apartment is close to both city and nature.
