Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Whether in transit, for a few days of rest or a business meeting - we look forward to seeing you soon!

This is a studio with two guest rooms, daylight bathroom, kitchen and dining area as well as a roof terrace with gas barbecue. The studio is in our house, you have your own privacy. More information on request. Fresh towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper as well as coffee capsules and etc. Fresh flowers, chocolate, mineral water and fruit are available to welcome you. Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Just a minute's walk from Lake Phönix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district is our apartment "Bergmann". It has recently been freshly renovated and is modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard that is only used by you. So you can relax and sit in the courtyard after a long day of discoveries. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.

In the stable - side by side with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

The house is situated in an extremely quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac, completely free from through traffic. It is fully equipped to ensure you a comfortable stay. Bed linen, towels, pillows, and blankets are included. The modern kitchen features an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a toaster. Additionally, a washing machine with an integrated dryer, an iron, and an ironing board are at your disposal.

Ein Park befindet sich unmittelbar in der Nähe des Apartments, perfekt zum Joggen oder Spazieren gehen geeignet. Ein Supermarkt und eine Bäcker befinden sich Ca. 250M von dem Apartment entfernt. Ein Flughafen ist innerhalb 5 Minuten auch mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Forest hut on the Listerhof

Our "forest hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2020 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
