Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Avondale

This house is beautiful! It was exactly what we needed. The pool was nice and cool on those warm days. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

The property was as advertised. It was comfortable, clean and modern. It had everything we needed to provide a comfortable home away from home feeling. Brittany thoughtfully provided donuts and premium coffee which was a nice touch as we arrived quite late to her property. She was very responsive and accessible each time we reached out to her. I would without a doubt stay at her property when we are in the area again and would also strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Phoenix area.

Just got back to Ohio. Really enjoyed our stay at Lance's house, beautiful quiet area. Enjoyed the pool and Firepit. Peaceful stay while visiting my new Grandson. Would absolutely stay here again on our next visit. Thank you Lance for sharing your wonderful home we had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Modern and clean felt right at home

We were visiting the area for a week, to attend my son's wedding. So, we wanted our visit to be comfortable and hassle free. It was all of that and then some. We arrived early so we grabbed some lunch at Subway and then went grocery shopping at Fry's. Both of these locations were in close proximity. We used the hot tub in the backyard a couple times and the TV in the livingroom is amazing. The wedding was excellent and we had a good time all in all. We plan on moving to the Greater Phoenix area, so we'll most likely be return customers. If the host will have us.

Our family of three had a great time at this home, we loved the pool, outdoor space, and the living space was also very nice!

Emilee’s place was a real treasure! In a sea of Airbnb’s I tend to be a great judge as a frequent traveler and prior host. Emilee’s home is clearly loved and managed. The home has absolutely everything you could thing of and need. The location is safe, clean and near shopping/eateries and close to the freeway for traveling around AZ. The backyard is spotless and well thought out. The added touches for the children keep their imagination alive. The layout is open, airy and stylish. The beds are incredible with comfort and linens are crisp and plush. I normally travel with my pillow but forgot and so glad I did because I am going to buy her pillows. Her communication is excellent and she truly loves what she does. Being a host can burn many out but it is was refreshing to meet her as she has a deep love for hosting and that’s what Airbnb is about. Emilee is the definition of a super host and this property a fantastic representation of the platform. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. This is a very nice and clean apartment. Communication was quick and easy. There is a lot of road traffic noise but there is a sound machine for sleeping. Overall it was perfect for our visit. Loved having a garage for our car.

As always, I had an amazing stay! It’s always nice and clean when I book this stay. I feel safe and right at home every time. On top of that, Tiko and his team are all incredibly kind and responsive! I would highly recommend booking!

This place was great, the apartment was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed! Bonus points because the pool was well kept by the complex's management (and that's coming from a pool operator; I was impressed).

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!
