You can reach the center from our place by walking 8 minutes from the beach, or 2-3 minutes by car. You can swim in front of the house. 5 km to the famous Yeşilyurt and Adatepe Villages. It is 20 km away from Assos Ancient City. You can reach Altınoluk in 12 km and Akçay in 20 km.

You can enjoy the peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a large and comfortable holiday with a balcony and terrace of about 150 square meters, three kilometers from the center of Ayvalik, there is no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.
