You can enjoy peace with your whole family in this wonderful place. It is only ten minutes by car to Cunda Island and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

Our house is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child. We are 160 steps from the sea.

Our house is located 9.5 km from Cunda and 5 km from Ayvalık center, overlooking the Kaz Mountains, Edremit Bay and the Mitralyöz Burnu beach facing Patricia. There are various beaches and cafes along the coast. It is 70 m from public transportation and 150 m from the market.
