Apartment holiday rentals in Ayvalık

It was a clean, well-maintained house very close to the center of Ayvalik. The host was kind and understanding. We were able to communicate comfortably, quickly. As a small note for those who keep the house; there are narrow streets everywhere near the center of Ayvalik and there is a parking problem. If it is here, there are places where you can find comfortable parking within 5-6 minutes walking distance next to the house for a few vehicles.

We were satisfied with the house we stayed in and the host, I recommend it. There was no hair dryer at home, it would be better if it was added.

the house is very close to the beach, the market, etc. You can reach the sea in 2 minutes on foot. Buses pass in front of the house, we did not have any problems with transportation. The price offers a very affordable accommodation in terms of performance. We would like to thank Mr. Mesut and his wife for their interest🙏

We were greeted with a smile and provided a very comfortable stay. The house was clean and the location was very close to the sea and the bazaar.

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

As seen in the photos, it is a very clean apartment where you can spend your holiday with peace of mind. Its location is quite ideal, especially if you like Akçay bazaar. All the beaches near the location are in very good condition. Mr. Kağan was also very helpful with the accommodation, thank you.

We would like to thank Ms. Şeniz for her understanding and courteous behavior. It was a peaceful holiday for us, where we felt like we were in our own home. The house was clean and tidy. The location is very nice and easy to find, and you can also park your vehicles in front of the house. We are very pleased, you can consult and trust Ms. Şeniz in all matters :)

The house is located right across from the bus station, very nice, just a little far from the sea, but it was within walking distance, but we did not have much trouble. It was the same as in the photos. We thought it would be a problem if there was no air conditioning, the chandelier fans were good

It was better than we expected, it makes a lot of sense for those who want to have a holiday as a group, it is more economical, the house looks old in the photos, but it is useful and spacious, the balconies are beautiful

You can just take your personal belongings and go, you are going to a place where you can meet all your needs as if you were in your own home, there was nothing missing, everything was thought out to the finest detail, you don't have to worry about cleaning, everything is sparkling and the host was extremely interested and helpful

First of all, the host was very caring and relevant. The house was very clean and attentive, everything stated was available. No doubt in terms of cleanliness. The house was bigger and more beautiful than in the photos. It is a house we would definitely prefer when we plan in this area again.

Pleasant stay and communicative host.

The house was generally clean. However, I can't say the same for the kitchen. But since we didn't use the kitchen, our business was no problem. The house is in a quiet place, we had a pleasant time. They helped us check in about half an hour early. Overall, everything was as it appeared in the photos. We only used it to sleep. It met our expectations. Maybe the bed needs a change.

We stayed in Sarımsaklı between 6-9 June during the Eid al-Adha holiday. The house was as we saw in the photos, it was clean and the location was really great. It is a lively and pleasant area very close to the sea. The host, Ms. Sevda, welcomed us very kindly and sincerely, and helped us in every way. Thank you again. We had a nice holiday, I recommend it with peace of mind.
