It is centrally located on the minibus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.

Located 200 meters from the beach in Ayvalik Sarımsaklı, our apartment has Wi-Fi in the city center. Many items in the house are zero. Inverter air conditioning is situated on the 3rd floor of the 4-story building. There is no water problem, there is a booster. There is hot water constantly. All rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. There is 1 balcony. There is no elevator. 5 minutes walk to the beach. There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Luxury apartment in Ayvalık

Our house with a view of the Kaz Mountains is suitable for summer and winter accommodation, there is a central heating system, air conditioning, a workspace, wifi, two closed glass balconies, 1 open balcony, electric shutters and mosquito nets, there are 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms receive light and sea views. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. It is 450 meters away from the famous İğdeli beach, but close to all other beaches.

Beachfront with magnificent sea view in Sarımsaklı

Located in the very center of garlic, in a beachfront location, my house has a great sea view against the island of Lesvos. Unique Garlic Beach, right at your feet. Kordon street with restaurants, cafes, entertainment centers and shops, in front of the house. Located in a zero building, my house, all furnished with zero white goods, furniture, built-in sets, has a double bed and an L armchair that turns into a double bed when opened. There is unlimited WiFi and a 120 screen TV.
