If you stay in this house in the center of Cunda, you will be close to everything. The pleasant and spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room. We are 1 minute away from the cafes and restaurants on the beach. There is 50 meters to the beach and close to this house on a noiseless street. Kitchenware required for cooking/serving is available. The living room and bedroom are air-conditioned. The roof of the building is a complete sea view terrace and shared with the lower apartment. A barbecue can be made. There are 2 similar 2+1 apartments in the building.

Clean and Well-maintained 3+1 Apartment with Scenic

T.R. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism has a Housing Permit Certificate for Rented Tourism Approved. Swallow Shopping Mall is 5 minutes away from the market place and grocery store. It is centrally located on the dolmus line to Sarımsaklı and Cunda. You can stay with your loved ones in our spacious, clean, tidy 3+1 apartment with parking and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It is a booster apartment, not affected by the year-round water outage in Ayvalık. There is no Wi-Fi.
