Badewanne,Daybed, 2PersSchneckendusche und Echtholzkamin lassen keine Wünsche offen. Im Sommer kann ein 5x4Meter Tor geöffnet werden welches den unteren Loftbereich zum Cabrio macht. Von hier aus könnt Ihr den Rheinsteig erwandern , Schiffstouren unternehmen oder mit der Rheintalbahn nach Frankfurt oder Koblenz starten.

In einem Haus von 1900 wurde diese Wohnung neu renoviert, sowie liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Über den angrenzenden Balkon besteht ein direkter Blick auf den Rhein, die Burg Maus und die Burg Rheinfels. Die Küche, sowie das Bad und Gäste-WC sind voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Willkommen im schönen Koblenz am Rhein und in unserer liebevoll gestalteten Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Lützel! Die Ferienwohnung ist 94qm groß und befindet sich in der 1. Etage eines 6-Familien-Hauses ohne Aufzug und ist für 6 Personen nutzbar. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss 5 Minuten entfernt und Bus und Bahn sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Da meine Mutter im Nachbarhaus wohnt, ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da, der auch sehr gerne gute Tipps gibt :-)
