Apartment holiday rentals in Bad Hofgastein

Went for a skiing trip in March. There was easy access to the gondola either via the ski bus (which stops outside the car park for the apartment), or is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is well located in the centre of town, close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc. Super spacious, super clean, accomodation with a separate ski/bike storage. Great mountain views. Did what it said on the tin

Our family stayed for winter break skiing. The apartment is central and has perfect accomodation for a family of four. Lovely view from the apartment. Ski buses readily available just outside and easy access to slopes and to the other villages. We enjoyed our stay and we can recommend the apartment for anyone spending some time in Bad Gastein.

We had a fantastic stay at Karin's place and a perfect ski vacation. The apartment is very high quality, new and modernly furnished, so we felt super comfortable right away. There is also a lot to do for non-ski lovers, so a visit is definitely worthwhile in winter and summer. From the balcony you have a great view as the icing on the cake and can end the day there comfortably. We will be happy to come back!

Great place Although, the cleaners forgot to take one of the trashes out and it smells the house. In addition, we had a miscommunication with the host, while we reserved the place with a shared washer, but it didn't state that it requires 1 euro per hour. Eventually, the host refund me as much as we did laundry. I saw the host changed the description, so it shouldn't confuse anyone anymore.

Fantastic! Beautiful apartment in beautiful surroundings. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable (particularly bed and sofa!), equipped with everything you need, overall fantastic stay. The village is quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. Our dog was also welcome, with dog bowls provided and the ability to make the grounds enclosed with a gate which we really appreciated. Hikes fantastic from the doorstep, and only 8 minutes drive into Zell-Am-See. However, what made the experience even better was Katharina and her parents (who live next door). They were so welcoming and friendly, giving us strawberries from their garden, lots of local recommendations and just being the most hospitable hosts. We really can’t thank them enough for being so kind! Thank you again. We will definitely be back! P.S a few other reviews mentioned the wifi, which must have been upgraded as it was super-fast. I had to work during our trip, and it was fast enough for perfect video calls etc.

We felt welcome from the very beginning. Christine and Helmut are super nice and you get great local tips. The accommodation was in great condition and nothing was missing. Optimal connection to public transport (bus stop 2 min. away) The accommodation is very well located for hiking because the hiking trails start practically on the doorstep. Recommendation to 100%.

The farm is located above the city with a beautiful view of the mountains. The family lives directly in the house in three generations, a very nice family. We were satisfied.

Inge was responsive and helpful, and her son very kindly gave us a lift home from the town. The room itself was nice and small and at a good location with lots of hikes in the area. (Also, there's a nice gravel path alongside the entire river that you can follow to get to and from the Schlossalmbahn area of the town). Very peaceful and sweet experience.

A very enjoyable stay. Michal was always available for questions, check-in and check-out. Good location of the apartment, as amenities there is everything you need. Glad to come back!

Great apartment. Everything there and in a very central location. No wishes were left unfulfilled and you are completely on your own.

Cozy and quiet corner of town, walking distance to the thermal baths, restaurants, and the Schlossalmbahn (gondola) at the base of the mountain. Responsive host and very helpful.

We were very pleased with the apartment. It was big, clean and well appointed. The landlords were very helpful as our car got stuck in the snow and even had to be bridged. We were very grateful for the quick help. It was about 5 minutes by car to the slopes. We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back. :)

The apartment is really highly recommended. We were there for skiing. The location is extremely pleasant, you have your peace and quiet, yet you are happy with the lifts, shopping and in the city center of Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein. The amenities are great, it's very clean and you feel like home from the first second.

We loved our stay at Tatjana’s house. The house is very spacious, clean and well decorated. We felt at home very much. Tatjana is such a sweet host. She answered all our questions and gave us very good information for our stay. We will recommend the house to everyone. See you next year Tatjana ❤️

Everything wonderful, uncomplicated and pleasant. The apartment has everything you need and is well suited even without a car. Overall a very nice stay.

Apartament is at Mondi Hotel which is very convenient. Central square in Bad Gastein with many hiking opportunities. Many places around. The only ambiguity in booking that we were not informed that an additional fee is collected from the reception for the dog.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. We were debating between a few places and weren’t completely sure, but we’re so glad we went with this one. The location is fantastic—lots of great hiking nearby, and the town is charming. We also had way more snow here than other spots in the area, which was a nice surprise. The place was super well-stocked with everything we needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hosts were also really responsive. All in all, we had an awesome stay and can’t wait to come back.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We had a very nice and pleasant stay at the property. The place was nicely equipped and had a lovely location with garden. The ski slopes of Flachau can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Since we came with two cars, we also had two front door keys + garage keys available. We will be happy to come back!

Was there for a weekend with wife and dog. Everything is great! From the amenities to the service. Nicole and Klaus take great care of the well-being of their guests and we didn't lack anything. Excellent and super nice hosts. The location is great for relaxing, just because of the wellness area. Pool, sauna, garden and jacuzzi are very well maintained and clean. Perfect to treat yourself to a break and fully recharge the batteries. Will definitely be back.
