Ideal base to explore the famous Salzkammergut (lake district) region and its unique attractions, including world heritage site, Hallstatt.

Free ski bus to Kaprun is only 300 meters away. The new Areitbahn gondola with ski school is only 700 m away and is within walking distance.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The two-room apartment is located above the alpine town of Bad Goisern in the beautiful Salzkammergut region, not far from the historic town of Hallstatt, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The Salzkammergut area offers families plenty of opportunities, such as winter sports or cycling trails winding over crystal clear lakes and, of course, great cuisine. Try the Hallstatt bacon :-)

The apartment is located in the city center - within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops, city gondola for skiing and hiking. Unfortunately, there is no fixed parking space at the house - a parking space in the public garage can be rented for €15/24 hours, as of April 2025. The apartment is approximately 38 m² and is located in our detached house on the second floor. It consists of a double bedroom, TV, sofa bed, balcony, wardrobe, kitchenette, dining area, cloakroom and a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Wi-Fi, parking and the use of the ski cellar are free of charge. As your hosts, we live on the first floor. Your entrance is of course separate.
