We recently stayed for a couple of days in this apartment, and it was truly enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the great terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the view. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walking distance and a few restaurants nearby. The location was ideal for exploring the local sights. We found it easy to get to stunning places like Gosausee and Hallstatt, making our trip even more memorable. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

The apartment is very nice with great sleek design, clean, and prepared like if you would go to an hotel. It is just a few kms away from Zell am See or Kaprun ski resort.

Susanne's apartment was wonderfully peaceful and well-equipped, we had a great time! Communicating with Susanne was easy and pleasant, and everything went smoothly. We got a car parked in a secluded courtyard, and there were numerous restaurants within walking distance to choose a pleasant dinner spot. Warm recommendation for Susanne's apartment!

We stayed at Jessica's and Horst's for about a week, a company of 4, for which the apartment is perfect. The place is very peaceful and calm, up on a hill overlooking the town, surrounded by hills from everywhere. It has a spacious balcony for dining, relaxing and looking at sunsets :) There's also an outside terrace with grilling amenities. Around the house there are usually lots of farm animals like sheep and donkeys, and Jessica let us pet them, which was very sweet :) In the town there are a couple of good grocery stores (they close at 7 p.m.), some nice restaurants. There are numerous beautiful hike routes around Mittersill of various difficulty. All in all there's everything you'd want from a country holiday. Jessica and Horst are always ready to help if something's needed. The only thing to keep in mind: if you're on foot, expect a climb up the hill to reach the house. (We were on foot and didn't find it too problematic.) Thank you, Jessica and Horst, for a delightful stay!

A very stylish decor with a wonderful pine fragrance, the kitchen fully equipped - we lacked nothing. After skiing, we were able to enjoy the warmth of the infrared sauna well to relax.

We had a wonderful week in the penthouse. The large and spacious apartment was ideal for relaxing after a long day of skiing or tobogganing. The sauna was also often used. Due to the three bathrooms and the large kitchen, there is also more than enough space for 6 people (in our case with children). The view of the Kitzsteinhorn and the other mountains is fantastic, you can't get enough of it. The private elevator to the penthouse is very convenient and the supermarket within walking distance. You can still feel the charm of the former residents, everything is harmoniously and comfortably furnished. We will definitely be back - even in the other seasons the area is terrific. Communication and on-site support was great, thank you for this!

Suzi and her husband are very kind and friendly people. They were happy to give us advice on local trips. The accommodation is well-equipped, big enough for more then ř persons, and clean. The children were happy with the large room where they could play comfortably. We hope to visit Suzi again someday.

Jasmin’s place was cosy and well-suited for our stay. The living room and kitchen were spacious, with plenty of cutlery and dishes provided. The location was peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere, and free parking nearby was very convenient. Jasmin was helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay. Her instructions were clear and informative, which made everything run smoothly. Final cleaning was handled by the host, and check-out was simple—just required washing the dishes and taking out the trash. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we’d be happy to come back.

The accommodation was great! The location was central and it was easy to take the ski bus to the slopes. The apartment was just as described and Birgit easy to communicate with.

The place was by far one of the best place we have been in last fee years. It’s Unterberg near Dorfgastein, is a peaceful, clean, adorable little village surrounded by evergreen mountains with snow capped peaks. The whole Gastein valley area is a must visit when you are in vicinity of Salzburg or Hallstatt. Its wonderful. Then comes the apartment. Its beautiful, compact and perfect address for a family stay. Finally the host David, is a wonderful person. He is always responsive, respectful and helpful. Overall this place is definitely recommended. We would love to come back again.

Sönke and Tillmann's apartment immediately felt like a home. It is very well-equipped, sparkling clean and is located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood. We had our privacy at all times and were able to enjoy our stay completely relaxed. Thanks to the hourly ski bus, we were quickly and easily in the Hochkönig ski area. The supermarket was also within easy walking distance – overall a perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location even in summer. Not close to any grocery store but there are enough stores at the base of the mountain. Very clean and has all that you want in a kitchen. Beautiful view from balcony and a lot of light coming in from the windows. Separate WC from the bath is also a plus point.

Clean basement apartment with nice garden area. Unfortunately, it is a bit loud, which is simply due to the direct location on the street. Super suitable for our short stay. Eisriesenhöhle and Hohenwerfen Castle are easily accessible. Thank you for the nice time in your small apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our ski holiday with children. Enough space, ski lift, shops, etc. are all within walking distance and the shared use of the swimming pool is just great with children. We have already booked the apartment a second time, it is always very clean and Daniel is always easily accessible for questions or problems. I can only recommend the apartment. Thanks to Daniel!

Susan's apartment is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. The condominium's sauna is excellent and there is a great swimming pool. Flachau's amazing ski slopes can show new and new for up to a week. Susan is a great host, quick to respond, and accurate. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Great rush! Thank you.

Excellent apartment to stay for a week during the winter sports holiday. Clean and spacious. Very friendly hostess who lives above the apartment. The apartment also has a garden where, given the beautiful weather, we were also able to enjoy the sun outside. The stop for the ski bus is 5 minutes walk. The center of St Johan 10 minutes.

A comfortable, peaceful and spacious 1 bed flat with lounge-dining room and separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Awesome views of the mountains. Very convenient for Dachstein West ski area as the ski bus comes to the hotel building which the apartment is in. We loved being able to relax in the hotel saunas too. Gosau is pretty easy to get to by public transport. The journey from Salzburg airport was straightforward and daytrips to nearby beautiful Hallstatt and historic Bad Ischl were worthwhile. Would love to stay in this flat again!

The place corresponded exactly to the listing, it was clean and everything was there. I would definitely book the place again for a trip to Saalbach.

Amazing place , amazing house and amazing host. Very clean, fresh and new and the right place to rest. It also has a fantastic pool and the nature is incredible. We had a beautiful couple of days here and I would recommend to everyone!
