My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Az Apartman Kaprun település mellet, Piesendorfban található. A tágas és világos nappaliból gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a hegyekre, sípályákra és csak néhány lépés a szobából az úszómedence. Az apartman teljesen felszerelt, minden megtalálható benne, akár a saját otthonukban. Az előszobában mosó és szárítógép is rendelkezésre áll. Az Apartmanhoz 2db saját parkolóhely tartozik, illetve közös sícipő szárító és kerékpár tároló helység.

A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.
