On approx. 53 m² of living space you will find a kitchen with dining area and a cozy living area, a bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Our apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

We have lovingly renovated our cozy vacation home. It offers family-friendly amenities, but it is also very suitable for a vacation with friends. There is now also a covered Finnish outdoor sauna and a massage chair. You have the house inside and out for your own use. The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.

The house is in a very quiet, sunny and impressive location with a view over the village of Flattach. The valley station Mölltaler Gletscher is about eight kilometers from our house. About two kilometers away are the ADEG Active Market, a Trafik, two sports shops with rental as well as a flower and souvenir shop as well as a coffee shop, a pizzeria and a bar with dining options.
