The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. You can expect plenty of space through spacious living areas, modern furnishings, plenty of peace and relaxation. We hope you love it and can recharge your batteries during your stay. Furthermore, the city of Quedlinburg offers a lot of history, art and culture. The Harz Mountains are right outside the door and invite you to explore.

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Located directly on the edge of the historic city center of Quedlinburg in a quiet apartment building (4th floor), you can easily explore the medieval Quedlinburg on foot from here. The market square is about 15 minutes away, 12 minutes to the train station, 4 minutes to the bus and a shopping market is right around the corner.

Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.
