In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. With us you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. Idyllisch am Waldrand gelegen, eingebettet von Wiesen und einem Bachlauf sind wir dennoch nur 4 km vom Markt Scharzach mit den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Von der großzügigen Holzterrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Rundblick über die saftig grünen Wiesen, zu unserem Hausberg (Degenberg), bis in den Bauerngarten.
