Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Bayreuth 8 min = center, balcony, climate, parking free

The apartment is in the house Rosengarten, about 12 minutes walk to the center. The famous Maisels Festival takes place every year in the immediate vicinity. Very good bakery c.a 2-3 minutes walk away from the apartment. The Maisels beer tour is about a 5-minute walk away. It is a functional standard apartment for well-being without a lot of bells and whistles, however, air conditioned with balcony in a good location. Parking for free is possible in the public parking spaces in front of the house.

Das Tiny House bietet eine Küche zum Kochen und auf dem Freisitz kann auch bei schlechtem Wetter überdacht gespeist werden. Das Bad ist mit einer Toilette und einer komfortablen Dusche ausgestattet.

The apartment is modern and high-quality furnished and offers everything necessary for cooking and living. Wifi is available in all rooms.

Our cozy holiday apartment is in a quiet, idyllic location, away from the street noise between Nuremberg, Bamberg and Bayreuth, surrounded by orchards and forests. You can quickly reach the Pottenstein adventure mile and many activities for children, young people and athletes. Spend beautiful and relaxing holidays in a family atmosphere. Opposite is the restaurant "Zur Burgruine", with excellent Franconian cuisine and delicious Franconian drinks.

The distance to the Hermitage Palace Park and the Lohengrintherme is about 250m each. My accommodation is 6 kilometers from the city center. The city bus runs half an hour until 7.30 pm. The stop is 3 minutes away. Bikes are available for guests without cars for a small fee. Not far away there are good refreshments. Various local suppliers are located within a radius of approx. 2 km. Bathroom newly renovated. Cooking facilities available.

Vaulted cellar in Upper Franconia

Have you ever spent the night in a Franconian vaulted cellar? You can try it out with us. The cellar is located in the outdoor area and can accommodate 2 guests. We provide 2 camp beds, so you only need to bring sleeping bags. The cellar has a temperature between 10°C and 15°C. It is therefore ideal for hot summer nights. Of course, you can use all other facilities, such as our covered outdoor seating and sanitary facilities.
