Aparthotel holiday rentals in Berchtesgadener Land

We really liked the stay for us as a family of 6 (including the youngest at 1.5 years). Check-in was easy and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. Above all, the little one liked the play world in the basement, as well as the play facilities in the garden. The apartment was super clean and incredibly cozy, we felt immediately comfortable. In the kitchen everything necessary was available, the washrooms, as well as the shower were also clean and maintained. The bedrooms were also very comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the location of the suite very much, after a short walk you can reach the mountain railway, as well as some restaurants. Right next to the property is a supermarket, which is super convenient if you need something quickly. We thank Gabi very much for her hospitality and are glad to have had such a nice weekend in such a great place. Kind regards :)

Very nice reception and had a nice conversation right away. The property is as described and has a good value for money. We booked the property to ski on the Kitzsteinhorn. In 20 minutes, you can reach the ski resort at the valley station by car. It is also nice that there is an attached drying room for the ski utensils. Glad to come back

Beautiful apartment with everything you need! :) Stylish balcony! We really liked the surroundings with a view to mountains. We got a discount summer card for cableways and summer activities. :) Flies in the apartment were a little bit annoying but the house is near a farm and cows so It is understandable. :) Just note: We paid 2 euros tax per person/per night.

This place was a favorite of our family! It was a BEAUTIFUL location just a few minutes drive from the old city center of Salzburg. We really enjoyed being outside the city and getting the “feel” of the Austrian landscape. Our host, Margarete, was friendly and superb in every way. Our room/apartment was clean, updated, spacious, and a pleasure to stay in! We hope to stay again!

Great place for a family of 4! My daughters loved the bunk beds. Nice to have a little air conditioning. Great location. We had a car and the pernerinsel parking platz was only a 5 minute walk. Parked there and it was cheap. Did a day trip to Berchtesgaden and a day trip to Salzburg with our car. Both were easy rides. We would stay here again.

Great apartment in an excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. We had trouble at check in, the key box code did not work. We called and text their number. No one responded, but a few minutes later someone came out and helped. The box was just sticky and needed to be assisted to open. Another group arrived at the same time and their box opened without a problem. Otherwise everything was perfect. Absolutely lovely hotel with a cafe and lounge.

Lovely apartment

The best thing about this place is that it felt cozy, very much at home. The location is very much perfect for anyone, who wishes to reach the railway station, go shopping, climb the hill side, use the banks, buy grocery, go dining, visit the country side..... all within a 10 minute walk! My short stay with a specific purpose was definitely easy... I am sure would be the same for any touring family! Not to forget, the hosts were very much c-operative and guided us whenever needed! All the best !

We had a very good time. The rooms are modern and cozy at the same time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Parking is a 5-minute walk away and not too expensive. The surroundings provide ample scope for beautiful excursions.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was very clean and just cozy. The communication was also very kind. However, the only drawback was the location, but there were buses to downtown, but they didn't run 24/7.
