Unser Häuschen liegt ruhig und zentrumsnah zwischen dem Stadtplatz und der A94. München, Passau, Salzburg und Chiemsee sind sehr gut mit dem PKW erreichbar. Ein nahes Ausflugsziel ist die Burghauser Burg, aber auch Tagesausflüge in die Berge kann man von hier aus gut einplanen. Badeseen, Freibäder, Supermärkte & Tankstelle sind schnell erreichbar. The Blue House is a stylish guest house (130m2) with a great living atmosphere. The living room with its open, stylish and sensual bathroom is 50m2. From the balcony you can see the large natural garden. On the ground floor is the large kitchen, a dining table for 8 people and a bar. The guest house is ideal for a couple and their guests. In the summer the garden can be used in its entirety. The breakfast terrace is directly in front of the kitchen. The pergola is ideal for lunch and dinner.

We will welcome you to the Holznest! Your cozy cottage with wooden cabin flair. You can expect natural materials and sustainability on two levels in our 2022 completed solid wood house. Downstairs are the living/cooking/dining area with sofa bed and terrace, upstairs the panoramic bedroom and bathroom with rainfall shower. Enjoy the coziness and warmth of the spruce wood. The newly renovated semi-detached house in Piding offers two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shower/hand towels, hair dryer and bed linens are included. Toys are provided. Ski resorts in the area. Fantastic routes for ski tours. Bad Reichenhall is 6 km away. The accommodation is 13 km from the Salzburg Festival Hall. Walking distance. Excursion destinations such as Königssee, Gradierwerk and the salt mine invite you.

With this house, we have met a long-held family space and set it up with a lot of passion. We hope that the homey feeling that we always have here will also be transferred to our guests. In summer, our house is the starting point for walking and swimming at the nearby lake. In winter, the ski resort Reither Kogel is very close (10min walk). With the ski bus or your own car it is about 10 minutes to the ski area Alpbachtal/Wildschönau.
