Above the beautiful mountaineering village of Ramsau, on the Alpine road, is our small, fine and cozy apartment with a kitchen, bedroom + shower/toilet. The apartment is newly renovated, partly newly furnished (e.g. kitchenette). Large south-facing balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Ramsau mountains. Hiking opportunities directly from the house. We are happy to provide tips. Important: Tourist tax €3.10/pers. + overnight stay (children, 7-16 years: €1.55) must be paid extra on site.

Es gilt ein strenges PARTYVERBOT und NACHTRUHE ab 22:00 Uhr (noise monitoring).

Drei der vier Zimmer haben jeweils eigene Ausgänge direkt auf die Terrassen und den großen Garten mit dem beeindruckenden Panorama des Saalfeldner Beckens und der ihn einschließenden Gebirgszügen. Der 700m2 große Garten lädt zum Verweilen und in lauen Sommernächten zu Grillabenden ein. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

We have sourced unique pieces of furniture, from second hand markets in Vienna and Cape Town, auction houses and museum pieces directly from designers, such as Marco Dessi. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

Direkt vor der Casa Wii liegt die Langlaufroute und der Winterwanderweg, wo Sie sportlich aber auch elegant Ihre Runden drehen können. This dream apartment has been rated with 5 stars (DTV classification) and is located right by the in-house swimming pond. It has two separate bedrooms. In the private bathroom there is a walk-in shower with a wellness shower, toilet and bidet. Another toilet is available. The apartment has a 40-inch flat-screen TV, in-room safe and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer.
