With solar and wood heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet is available, but slow. A short walk to Lofer’s ski lifts, shops and restaurants. With free parking, gated privacy and outdoor space it delivers nature and comfort in one relaxing stay.

Haus Eggergütl - Dream view of the Watzmann

At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

Mountain chalet: hunter's apartment with fireplace

The apartment has a new open-plan kitchen, including microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom, a cozy sitting area with a fireplace, and a bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. For shared use: grill, fire bowl, fitness room, sauna (fee of €20 per heating session), mountain water pool, cinema, outdoor shower, table tennis, snowshoes, sleds and playground equipment in the garden.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Alpeltalhütte - Wipfellager (Alpeltal Lodge - Treetop Camp)

Time out on the mountain. With us at the Alpeltalhütte at 1100 m, directly below steep rock walls and surrounded by forest and nature, you will find your perfect place for your time out. The Alpeltalhütte, which has existed since 1919, has been completely renovated by us and now offers six wonderful, modern apartments built with natural raw materials. Here you can walk right from the front door and start your adventure around the Berchtesgaden mountains.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
