The apartment for 1-2 people is about 35 square meters and can be reached via a staircase. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer combination also has a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dish towels ready for you. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. And if you feel like activities, such as hiking or cycling, you can start right outside the front door.

The recently renovated apartment is located in the attic of our house in a quiet location. The apartment includes a spacious double bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and pull-out sofa bed and a small, modern bathroom with bathtub. A perfect base for trips within Singen or tours to Lake Constance or Switzerland. Shopping and walking trails are within walking distance.

Four seasons on the farm

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
