Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Birmingham

I booked Katie's place for commuting purposes. it's a short commute into Birmingham city centre and free on street parking. I was surprised at how quiet Katie's place is and it is as exactly as described. I had a long day of travelling so it was lovely to come back to a place where it felt homely and comfortable I felt safe which is important for me at a solo female traveller (and also warm!!) excellent value for money and definitely booking again!

We had an amazing stay at Alison’s place in Acocks Green! We were two families, each with a toddler, and the house was absolutely perfect for us. There was plenty of space, including great parking for both our cars, which made things so easy right from the start. The rooms are massive, clean, and very comfortable, with two toilets and one bath which made it super convenient for all of us. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped—we had everything we needed and more to prepare meals during our stay. One of the best parts was the huge backyard, which was perfect for the little ones. There’s a lovely playground area with slides, and the kids had a blast riding their scooters around safely. Even better, we could easily keep an eye on them from the kitchen and living area—such a thoughtful setup for families! Alison was a fantastic host—very responsive, kind, and made sure we felt right at at home. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again Alison!

Nice place everything there Very clean no complaints. My only concern was the kitchen was a tad messy but mainly was washing being done. I did not mention this as it did not effect me at all . Plenty of amenities there Still a great place and great hist Would stay there again

This was our second visit to Lyndsay's place and it was as fantastic as the first time. It's so easy to get to and the room is brilliant, made even better by the mini fridge which we took full advantage of to hold our lunches in for the following day. Lyndsay, her partner and dog Buddy are wonderful hosts, we got to spend a little time in the garden as well enjoying some local Indian takeaway which was recommended by Lyndsay and it was great. Highly recommend staying here! It was a lovely little space which matched the listing perfectly and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, and was really clean & tidy when we arrived. Qas was an incredible host, always responsive and super friendly, and the check-in/out instructions were sent promptly and were really detailed. The bonus of having a parking space so we did not have to park on the street was so useful. We had a brilliant weekend & would definitely stay here again

I arrived recovering from a migraine and it was just what I needed - a calm peaceful oasis to recuperate in. I felt safe knowing Paul was on hand should I need him. Will definitely look to book again when I next visit the area. Thank you Paul and Suzanne for sharing your home with me. Terri

I've stayed once before and Lee has a good ability to make sure guests feel relaxed and at home. The little quirky touches are quite personal and make it feel like a nice place to stay rather than just a rented accommodation.

Great and comfortable stay

Very comfortable apartment in a great location on a canal. Close to Brindleyplace, museums, art galleries and the Jewellery Quarter. Lovely to walk along the canals. Happy to recommend this apartment.

I needed a place to stay whilst attending a work conference at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre. Paulina’s apartment was an oasis - beautifully cleaned, relaxing, well stocked and large. Excellent amenities. Check in was incredibly smooth and easy, very flexible. Walkable from train station. I didn’t explore the area much but very convenient groceries, and felt safe walking around alone.

Amazing stay, the host was really friendly and responsive! Great location- the apartment is right next to the high street/ not far from shops. Every room was clean and modern.

Me and my girls absolutely loved staying here, Gareth greeted us with a friendly smile, he was extremely helpful on places to visit and helped us locate places to eat, visit and shop. Cadburys world is only a short walk from the property, so was perfectly located for us, and the train station is not to far so we could head into central Birmingham for the Bullring shopping centre. The property itself was super clean and comfortable, with everything you needed for a lovely stay. Even had some games that that girls really enjoyed playing. We will definitely book again, if we are ever in the area again.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Was a great little flat! so much space especially because it was just me. clean and tidy and luke was very quick with responses. perfect location for any NEC events as it’s close. big asda close by as well for any bits and bobs you need. would deffo stay again :)

Nice place and great value. Parking easy, bed is comfortable, its quiet and had all I needed for overnight on business. Would recommend.

Great place, slept very well as the area is very quiet and it was a comfortable bed. Super clean room, bathroom and eating space, had everything I needed. Mini fridge was more like a tiny personal fridge, but Emma also offered a cool bag if I needed more space for my things. She kindly provided porridge and cereal for breakfast, as well as coffee and tea. Was a really great stay overall, can’t fault it!
