Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Everything was wonderful!

First of all, it's a unique place by the lake that allows us to have a great weekend as a family. The host, Mr. Çağdaş, is very attentive and has thought about what may be needed or even more in his home. Or everything we said was available at home. I think it's great to have a separate counter and sink in the garden, especially for the barbecue. Very quiet and peaceful environment. We will be back:))

We had a very pleasant time in the apartment! It was clean and well maintained, which was very important to us, especially with a small child. The location right on the beach was just perfect - it was super convenient to jump straight into the water in the morning or just spend the whole day by the sea. The balcony was a real highlight and offered a beautiful view. We would definitely come back!

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here! The view from the apartment balcony is great!The pool is in front of it and the street to cross before you hit the sandy beach, but you can still hear the waves which was very relaxing! The host uses a property management company to directly handle everything; I have had mixed experiences with these before but KeyStay was great and on-site admin were extremely responsive and immediately came when we had an AC issue (which was more user error with the settings than an actual malfunction of the unit). The parking is convenient, makes it easy to drive to Constanța and further along the Mamaia strip that are a bit far to walk. The amenities of this building are also great and as pictured; we enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, and the sauna and indoor hot tub on the roof were a great bonus when we had a chilly day and couldn't enjoy the pool. Definitely recommend this place for a beach vacation close to the Mamaia action and still relaxing!

Quiet and peaceful location, just what we needed. The apartment is lovely with everything you need and a great view from the balcony, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee :). We were not worried about parking, there was always a space available. We felt right at home. Communication with Velislava was excellent. We will definitely come back to her again, the place definitely won us over.

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

More importantly Gungor was really good person in your heart..thank you so much for caring and asking about my sister when we were at hospital..thank u so much for alwyas being there for us. With no doubts I will always recommend all my friends this place..not only because it is so beautiful but also because i know that I have a brother there.
