Holiday rentals with breakfast in Black Sea

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Beautiful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city Very well-maintained and atmospheric rustic rooms, the beds are very comfortable, so you slept well. Generally, the vibe of the cottage is unique. Effortless check-in and very efficient communication with the Host :) There is access to a sauna (requires prior reservation), a barbecue area, and a backyard with a roof. There are shops in the village, so there is no problem to stock up if needed. Highly recommend!

as two families, we chose it for a pleasant weekend with our children, first of all, a place where you can go every season in summer and winter, the heated pool works smoothly, the jacuzzi works smoothly and the sauna works smoothly, we did not have the slightest mishap. You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard. Very nice place, large rooms, the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast. Hayati was easy to reach, friendly and very helpful.

We had no trouble finding the location. Ms. Merve and Mr. Barış welcomed us with hot tea and treats. They are both very warm and helpful. We stayed as a family, the beds and the environment were very comfortable. We had no issues with privacy. The hosts helped us when we had any issues or missing. We left very satisfied. Tugkan is very responsive and friendly. he was always there to help us and give us jnstructions. pros: nice apartement, with all the amenities that work perfectely. kitchen is well equiped for cooking for 6 7 people and washing mashine and dish washing machines are making everything very easy. Tugkan himself is very responsive and helpful. cons: the public transportation access is really bad. so before booking, bear in mind that you may use a lot of taxis and ubers and plan for it. The streets that lead to the apartment are extremely steep, making it hard to access any public transportation. Overall it worth the money, it is reletively cheap for 7 people.

Nana is very hospitable, always in touch and ready to help, her brother met us and advised us on several places where you can go for lunch, the apartment is clean and very cozy, the apartment had everything you need for a long stay, next to the apartment there is a national park and a lake, there is also a beach nearby, we were satisfied with the accommodation, also Nana's brother took us to the bus station and helped us with suitcases, thank you :)

Melih's kindness, helpful attitude and humanity made a good start. Melih's house is definitely a house that needs to be experienced. Its decor, the rear windows opening to the greenery, the width and spaciousness of the house, as well as its ease of use, make it a house for both large family stays and a place where you can be alone. Each room has a different spirit and touch. The neighborhood is quite safe and the central point of Kadıköy, Yeldeğirmeni, Bahariye, Moda, and the pier are all quite close. Toplu taşıma stops are within walking distance. My next accommodation choice will definitely be this house. thank you for everything 💐

This place was incredible and special! Everything was perfect, Anna was brilliant host. I was there for work and could sit and work, seriously could not have asked for more. Every detail was taken care of thoughtfully. It was not a sterile hotel/airbandb or a cluttered home of someone else, it was beautiful and homely thank you !!

It was one of our best Airbnb stays and it stuck in our memory. I wouldn't be exaggerating if I said that the care Ms. Aylin showed to her guests was really 10 stars or something. There is a room and environment, where everything is thought out to the finest detail, and there are two wonderful gardens in the front and back. The staff were so polite and caring, they spoiled us with Turkish coffee, tea time, cake cookies, etc. during our stay :) Breakfast was very sufficient, we really had a stay beyond our expectations. People who love their job really make a difference. Hope to see you again.

Extremely convenient to the major attractions, could see the blue mosque from my window so was able to wander over several times at different times of day. Walkable to Grand Bazaar, Spice Market , Cistern , Palace, Hagia Sophia….you do pay the price for being in the most popular tourist spot but if it’s your first time to Istanbul I highly recommend.

The map app took us all the way to the weeping tree… It was very difficult to get through the arch with the Jeep. I called Mr. Mehmet, he answered right away; I knew I was in the wrong place. Again, I returned at the peak of excitement, with the fear of as soon as it would fit. I parked the vehicle in the area that could fit 3 vehicles. We went down about 25-30 steps and great sea views. After a quick welcome, reception, in a word, a spotless room with a PERFECT sea view. After a while, Uzuuun gave food and sightseeing suggestions right away. At Uncle Mustafa's place, sleeping on 2 double and nice sheets with a great view. The 5:30 am seagulls removed, comfortable sleep is so comfortable that we didn't feel the need to go back to bed. In the immaculate kitchen; the smell of brewed tea , pastry... Until the table was set, the sea bottom was on the cliffs by descending 25-30 steps; smelling the deep sea and attracting peace in it. Breakfast products are the hand labor of your sister, sine, filling. She has had experiences and peaks since 2004. Thank you for your hard work...

We love the place because of it’s stunning view of the old houses in safranbolu (night view is amazing when all the houses start to light up) as well as it’s close proximity with the bazaar! Another lovely thing is all the people in his place is so welcoming and friendly :):):) The house looks like the typical house in safran bazaar, the bed is soft enough, the bathroom is very clean tho a lil bit small, the amenities are all good (the towels and blankets are all clean <3 ). The breakfast served is so earthy and made us all felt like home. They have beautiful porch as well. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking to be charmed in safran!

We first experienced it in the winter months, it was very nice. But the real taste of Mudanya and this place is in the spring. The room was very nice, an environment that met every need. It's a very quiet, but amazing sea view... you open your window in the morning and the light fog, herons and the fragrance of the sea immediately surround you. Breakfast is very successful, the service is friendly. There are unlimited facilities to walk or eat, a hotel fifteen minutes walk from IDO. Want to go to the Mudanya side? 3 minutes yurt, take the F1 bus from the back street, Armistice square in fifteen minutes! Such a calm but central location is very rare. We are very satisfied, we will visit again. Highly recommend

Hotel Marmara was amazing! The location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minutes walk from Haggia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast spread on the roof-top patio was varied and delicious, and everyone was super nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!
